The Baldor Reliance VP Series are metric permanent magnet DC motors designed for general industrial use and straightforward replacement of metric machinery drives. These motors deliver precise speed control, strong low speed torque, and reliable performance for frequent start/stop cycles, making them ideal for conveyors, material handling equipment, packaging systems and other variable speed applications.

Available in fractional sizes from 0.13 kW (0.18 HP) to 3.73 kW (5 HP), the VP series features fully metric flanges, C Face mounting, removable feet, and tachometer adaptability on all models except 0.15 kW, with a 20:1 constant torque speed range. VP motors provide flexible installation options suitable for a wide variety of metric based industrial equipment and automation systems.
