We offer a range of industrial gearboxes that include right-angle, square and worm boxes in aluminium or cast iron housing.   Our gearboxes are modular construction to offer interchangeability with many other gearbox manufacturers. We also stock a range of standard accessories including reaction arms, output flanges, spaces, feet kits, input bushes, and shaft kits.

The Hydro-Mec coaxial range of compact in line gearboxes are ideally suited to most industrial applications. Single piece aluminium alloy housing combines light weight with high tensile strength. Precision machined for alignment of bearings and gearing. The peripheral component offers excellent options for input, output and fixing positions. The hardened and ground gears are lubricated for life with a synthetic oil, with an operative range of -15oC to +130oC. Output speed range between 407 - 22.6 rpm.

The Italian Hydro-Mec range of vent free, single piece alloy housed wormboxes, come in a range from size 030 to 110. The bronze alloy worm gear is centrifugally cast onto an iron hub for maximum strength whilst the high helix angle worm is case hardened (Rc 58-60). The detachable input flange is modular to accommodate IEC dimensioned flanges. Generous sized ball bearings are used throughout in conjunction with high temperature Nitrile® seals.
